Jackey Leaper

Our founder, Jackey Leaper, built JLCS based on supplying high quality C.V.s at low prices. Jackey was shocked at the quality and service other online C.V. companies were supplying at vastly inflated prices and was convinced she could supply the finest C.V.s and service at a realistic price. Jackey is a law graduate who gained valuable experience in several positions before becoming a Key Life Skills Trainer and then a C.V. and Job Search Expert within a major training provider. Among many qualifications Jackey gained in her career she qualified as an NVQ Assessor and as a qualified Goals Trainer.

After a short break for the birth of her daughter she founded JL Career Solutions and began providing the quality C.V. and career service everyone needs.

Specialist C.V. Consultant Network

You need to be able to talk to an expert when it is convenient for you.  All of our Specialist C.V. Consultants work from home which vastly reduces our costs and also gives our clients the opportunity to contact us outside of normal working hours, up to 10pm and all weekend. This is a huge benefit over our competitors who are restricted to normal working hours when most of our clients are working themselves so discussing C.V.s and career steps is not convenient.

You will be able to speak to Jackey or the consultant whenever you want and as often as you want throughout the entire process and beyond.

Each C.V. Consultant specialises in a different field and we will place your C.V. with the most relevant consultant.

All of our C.V. Consultants come from a recruitment and/or training background. We do not employ anyone who does not have the relevant C.V. experience.

C.V. Prices and C.V. Orders

Speak to us before you order. We do not ask you to place an order based on the contents of our website as other C.V. companies’ do. We want to talk to you and get to know you and your unique situation. You will have questions you need answering and will want to know more about us. Speak to us and let us explain how we work and what we can do for you.

You will receive a full written quote before we commit to anything. This will highlight exactly what you will receive for your money. Only when you respond to the quote and place an order will you be charged.

You can pay by direct bank transfer, Paypal or cheque. If you want to pay by credit card or debit card then you can use the trusted Paypal service so we will never see your card details.

We charge on the actual time it will take us to create a C.V., not on salary level of the client. If your C.V. is relatively simple we will charge you accordingly. If your C.V. requires days of research, condensing and reformatting we will charge more. This we believe is the fairest pricing method available and even our most expensive service is highly competitive, possible the lowest price anywhere.

Our prices are all inclusive. Check our competitor’s prices, some may seem cheaper but they will then charge you extra for basic necessities such as your C.V. saved to a CD which enables you to edit it yourself for future updates. They will also charge extra for reviews, postage, printed copies and other items we include as standard.

Professional C.V.s

All our C.V.s are written on a bespoke basis, we do not 'word process' C.V.s like many of our competitors.

JL Career Solutions have hundreds of layouts and formats to choose from. We do not simply place every client’s details on the same bland C.V. template which disappointingly a lot of our competitors do.

Our specialist C.V. Consultants will chose a C.V. format that they feel best suits you and your profession but if it is not to your liking our C.V. Consultant will select another one for you until you are happy.

This is our guarantee; we will work with you for a full seven days, making unlimited amendments to your C.V., until you are more than satisfied with the result. Other C.V. companies will simply offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with their first effort on your C.V. You may eventually get your money back but you will have lost valuable time and will have to start the whole process again with another C.V. company who may provide the same poor C.V. service. We are confident in the quality of our C.V. service and will ensure you are completely satisfied with the end result.

We specialise in writing C.V.s for clients whose 1st language is not English and C.V.s for people looking for work in the UK.

We only use high quality supplies. Our paper is 100gsm giving a smooth professional feel. To maintain quality we use Canon branded paper. Our C.V.s are copied onto Sony or TDK branded C.D.s and posted to you. They are rewritable so you can update your C.V. in the future and there is plenty of storage space for your other important career documents.
